Serve the mission's actual needs, not an outside image of service. Listen first, then commit only to what can be carried well.
The strongest support is practical, repeatable, and accountable. That is how care becomes credible.
Find the right door
Different people should not enter through the same ask.
Students and interns should apply through the service portal. Churches and institutions should begin a partnership conversation. Donors should use the official IAM giving path so support remains clear and traceable.
Replace placeholder imagery with consent-approved IAM field photography before publication. If AI visuals are used, label them as illustrative and not documentary field evidence.
